1. Interpretation

Throughout these terms, "Aurielle," "we," "our," and "the Maison" refer to Aurielle S.r.l., a company registered in Florence, Italy. "You" refers to the user, client, or browser of our website.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict, anyone else's use and enjoyment.

All content — including images, text, designs, and the Aurielle wordmark — is our exclusive intellectual property or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or any commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

3. Product Information

Every Aurielle piece is hand‑finished, numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. We describe our jewelry with precision, but slight variations in color, stone setting, or finish are the hallmark of handcraft — not a flaw. Images are for illustrative purposes; actual pieces may appear subtly different under varying light.

4. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Prices are displayed in US dollars (or your local currency where indicated) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are complimentary for all standard orders.

In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may then choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. Your personal and payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer white‑glove, insured shipping to over sixty countries. Estimated delivery times are 5‑7 business days for in‑stock pieces, and up to 4‑6 weeks for bespoke or made‑to‑order creations. A signature is required upon delivery.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with our insurance provider to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may return any standard collection piece within thirty days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all certificates and packaging. Bespoke, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale.

To initiate a return, contact our clienteling team at clienteling@aurielle.maison. Refunds are processed within ten business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Lifetime Care & Warranty

Every Aurielle piece is covered by our Lifetime Care promise. This includes complimentary cleaning, polishing, and resizing for the life of the piece. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by accident or improper use. We reserve the right to assess a nominal fee for excessive restoration work.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurielle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant piece.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data with the same discretion we apply to everything we do. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence.
