What makes Aurielle jewelry different?
Every Aurielle piece is hand‑finished in our Florentine atelier by master artisans who have inherited three generations of technique. We use only 18‑karat solid gold, conflict‑free diamonds graded by GIA, and ethically sourced gemstones. Each creation is individually numbered, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. It’s not mass‑produced — it’s personal.
How do I find my ring size?
We offer complimentary sizing with every order. You can request a free sizing kit to be sent to your home before you purchase, or visit us in Florence for a personal fitting. If you already know your size, simply select it at checkout. For resizing after purchase, our Lifetime Care promise covers one complimentary adjustment.
Can I order a bespoke or customized piece?
Absolutely. Bespoke is at the heart of Aurielle. Our clienteling team works directly with you — whether you wish to modify an existing design or create something entirely new. Appointments are available in Florence or via video call. Contact clienteling@aurielle.maison to begin the conversation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely through a PCI‑compliant processor; we never store your full card details on our servers.
Is shipping really complimentary? How long does it take?
Yes — white‑glove, insured shipping is complimentary on all orders, worldwide. In‑stock pieces typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Made‑to‑order or bespoke creations may take 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
You may return any standard collection piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn and in its original condition, accompanied by all certificates and packaging. Bespoke, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale. What does Lifetime Care include?
Our Lifetime Care promise covers complimentary cleaning, polishing, and one resizing per piece for as long as you own it. It also includes inspection of settings and clasps. Simply contact us to arrange a service. The promise does not cover loss, theft, or damage caused by accident or improper use.
How do I care for my jewelry at home?
We recommend storing each piece in its original Aurielle box, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Gently clean with the polishing cloth provided. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chlorinated water. For a deeper clean, return your piece to us — our artisans will restore its original brilliance.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Aurielle order arrives in our signature packaging — a weighted cream box tied with a silk ribbon, accompanied by your certificate of authenticity and a personal note if you wish. There is no additional charge; it is simply part of the experience.
Can I visit the atelier in Florence?
We welcome visitors by appointment. Our showroom at Via dei Tornabuoni 18 is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00–19:00. A private viewing with a senior curator can be arranged — please book via our Contact page or email us directly.
Is my personal information secure?
